1. Overview & Scope

TimeTable Baba ("we", "our", or "us") provides school timetable software and automated scheduling management systems. This Privacy Policy details the categories of personal data collected, processing purposes, cookie and analytics usage, and your rights as a Data Principal in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Information We Collect

We practice data minimization and collect only the information strictly required for licensing, billing, and portal provisioning:

  • School Administrator & Account Details: School name, contact person name, official email address, mobile/WhatsApp number, billing address, and account login password (stored encrypted).
  • School Academic Configuration: Class designations, sections, subjects, classrooms, and teacher names/period availability entered by school administrators solely to compute conflict-free timetables.
  • Transaction & Order Metadata: Razorpay order ID, payment status, subscription duration, and assigned portal subdomain. We do not store credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.

3. No Student Personal Data Collected

TimeTable Baba does NOT collect, store, or process student personal data (such as student names, dates of birth, Aadhaar numbers, residential addresses, biometric data, or parent contact details). Our software operates strictly at the class and section roster scheduling level (e.g., "Class 10-A", "Mathematics"), eliminating children's privacy and personal data risks.

  • To provision and maintain your school's dedicated database and subdomain portal.
  • To compute timetables, teacher workload distributions, and substitution rosters.
  • To send account setup credentials, renewal reminders, and critical service notifications.
  • To provide technical support via email or WhatsApp as requested by your school.

Our website and portal utilize minimal, privacy-conscious storage and cookies:

  • Strictly Necessary Storage: Local storage / session cookies used to maintain your secure login session, manage cart/subdomain verification, and prevent CSRF cross-site forgery.
