By accessing or using the TimeTable Baba website, cloud application, and mobile app services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using our services immediately.

2. Description of Services

TimeTable Baba provides a cloud-integrated educational software platform designed to generate school class schedules, teacher timetables, smart covers/substitutions, workload reports, and dynamic sitemaps. The services are provided on a subscription basis and may include web panel access, administrative settings dashboard, and teacher smartphone applications.

3. User Account Security

To access certain features of the platform, you must set up an administrator account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your school account or any other breach of data security. TimeTable Baba will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized login sessions.

4. Fees, Billing, and Refunds

• Pricing: Subscription fees are quoted dynamically based on school size, section counts, and setup bounds.
• Payment Terms: All subscription charges are payable in advance and are subject to renewal according to the plan selected (annual or custom multi-year).
• Refund Policy: We offer a free trial/demo before registration so you can evaluate the platform. All paid registration fees are non-refundable once accounts have been activated.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or to upload any content that contains malware, viruses, or spam. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the source code of TimeTable Baba or its automated scheduling algorithms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TimeTable Baba, its founder, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss, scheduling errors, or system downtime) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bihar, India.
